Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Grand Prairie is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Grand Prairie is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Definitely good especially for vegan (tied cookie and lemon berry coffee cake)but a little annoying they had a code to get 15% off…I did everything I was supposed to and then neither of the workers knew how to use the code. They could DEF use some more training and at least be aware of prices on the menu. Also idk if they felt some type of way about not knowing what was going on but the presentation on my Oreo one was def lacking compared to the others. We drove 25 mins so not sure if we’ll be back. I gave the rolls a preemptive 4/5 based on the cookies but disclaimer I have not tasted them yet.

Ordered a cinnamon roll online, prior to going to work. Arrived at the location at 11am to a locked door. Called the number online, and it went straight to voicemail. I work 13 hours a day so I had to wait until today to go back up there in order to get the situation rectified. Major inconvenience. We have to do better……

I love Cinnabon and wanted to give this place a try, I will never return. I ordered a regular old school cinnamon roll. The icing tasted rotten and the cinnamon roll was raw, there was also a crazy amount of grease at the bottom it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted.

I take a break several months at a time to visit this location, due to poor experiences. Always hoping that there’s an improvement between visits. I’ve only visited this location four times in the last two years. Only one of the times have been a good experience. After today’s visit, it’s my last. Placed a pickup order directly from their website. The order had a 30 minute wait, which was… interesting, and fine if that was the time allotted to prepare a fresh roll for me. I arrived after 30 minutes, for an inedible item. I was not wise to check the order before leaving the store. I got all the way home to find that the cinnamon roll I was served was clearly not fully proofed. Cinnamon roll dough takes time to rise. Even though it was cooked, it had a very doughy taste. After eating a pinch of the roll, I threw the whole thing in the trash. Expectations are always gonna be higher whenever high price tags are attached to β€œgourmet” items.

Cinnaholic visit 2/21/26 @ 10:30 AM. First time visit, walked in very low cold energy from server, no small talk I felt like it was just a veding machine transaction. The server offered no up grades, suggestions to try. I got 2 regulars and one chocolate cookie dough. Next I was surprised and how small the servings were compared to other similar eateries. The price was higher than expected $8.00 for regulars that look like minis and $11.00 for any fancy topping bun? Howevre the server told us to wait 4mins and she was right on point the buns were excellent in warmth taste and they come with extra icing compared to other places you never have to ask.for extra cream.cheese they laid it on thick thick, which was nice touch. Over all clean and beautiful place and excellent taste. Only area of improvement suggestion is friendlier customer interaction experience would have made my day!
